Cartel is a new urban restaurant and indoor garden shisha cafe located at Fraser Suites on the ground floor of Sidra Tower, an easily accessible location, just off Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.
Diners can look forward to great tasting Continental and Asian food, in particular the Uyghur cuisine offering several signature dishes including hand pulled noodles created by a chef from the same region.
The Continental menu has been thoughtfully planned to enable those working in Sidra Tower and nearby Internet, Media and Knowledge Cities to enjoy highly affordable, nutritious food that's prepared promptly within an open kitchen by a team of experienced chefs.

The interior of Cartel Restaurant and Cafe benefits from both an intelligent and stunning interior design that separates the restaurant dining area from the indoor garden cafe with a glass wall. Non shisha smokers are never exposed but are able to view the beautiful cafe or walk through to the veranda area and enjoy an incredibly lush and relaxing garden, complete with stylish, comfortable sofas laden with cushions to really relax.

The indoor garden shisha cafe is a wide, open space complete with a stunning collection of high tables and stools, coloured and classic sofas and chairs and large screen TVs. Background music adds to the vibe and this is a place where guests can choose to either kick back and enioy a fantastic selection of meduse and classic shisha or work from their laptop thanks to complimentary wifi.
